Toni Morakinyo-Olumodimu is a seasoned international lawyer. She obtained her Bachelors of Law from the prestigious University of Wales, United- Kingdom; her Master’s degree in International Law and Development from the Tulane University School of Law, New Orleans, United States; and also has an advanced degree in Human Resources Development.
She has worked in several organizations in both the United Kingdom and the United States, covering Regulatory Healthcare law, International Commercial and Immigration law areas. She utilizes her longtime experience in In-house Counsel roles to enrich the firm’s service to clients – particularly overseeing the firm’s commercial, health, and immigration aspects of sports law practice. This includes advising and helping clubs with necessary visas & permits for their employees; advising on compliance with healthcare regulations/international best practices; and advising on commercial opportunities for clubs & athletes.
She has published several legal papers on Academia’s website, and in the maiden edition of the Graduate Lawyers at Tulane (GLAT) Law Review.
Her professional memberships include “The Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA), The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the American Bar Association. (ABA)
In her spare time, she writes poems, watches movies and oversees Hadassah Initiative – a Christian outreach organization. Toni is also the author of two books – “Your Treasure and Other Poems”, and “The Priceless Legacy”.
She is an International Sports Law Partner at the firm.
